Blue Rain by Ruperake Petaia

Blue Rain is the debut poetry collection by Samoan poet Sapa'u Ruperake Petaia first published in 1980. This is the second printing. The poems are written in English and critique the lasting effects of British colonialism on Samoan culture, with particular emphasis on the alienating role of Western-style education.
