Refunds and Returns
If you receive a product that differs from the description on our web site, you can request a refund within 10 days of receiving the product by contacting us either through our web site or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include all relevant details.
If you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong book, we may issue a refund for the book only (excluding postage).
Please contact us before returning an item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or other agreed arrangement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There may be a delay between us issuing a refund and you receiving the money. If you have concerns about a missing refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
