Four international photographers were invited to Papua New Guinea to shoot 24 hours in the life of Ok Tedi. There they joined a Papia Mew Guinean photographer and others to record the life of a multi-racial workforce in a remote corner of the world. The book show only some of the 8000 frames shot at Ok Tedi and around the globe on August 10, 1983. Ok Tedi is a copper mine located at Mt. Fubilan in the Star mountains of western Papua New Guinea.
