Hawkes Bay on a Platter by Woodford House and Hereworth School and Lee Warren

This publication is the product of a joint vision of two Hawkes Bay schools Parents Associations, Woodford House and Hereworth School. Together they have produced a publication that is far more than just another cookbook. It is a visual feast of photography and prose, combining the best from our region. It reflects all that we are proud of be it people, produce, wine, businesses, landscapes or heritage and uses Hawkes Bay as our canvas. The incredibly talented Lee Warren, photographer, and his partner Heather Smith realised this vision and ensured that the book would exceed the expectations of a school cookbook and showcase the flavour of life in sunny Hawkes Bay. Steve Rawlinson of Many Hats Design joined the team on this creative publication working his magic with the design. Finally, but by no means least, this journey would not have been possible without the many contributions received from our school communities, restaurants as well as local chefs. The results hopefully speak for themselves. This 2013 Hardback is in near mint condition. Heavy.
