Spooky Sunday at Book Haven...

Wellington's Witchy Fiction Writers kept an audience of sixty spellbound this Sunday. Book Haven was packed and the lights turned low for a series of spooky, romantic and often hilarious readings.

The #verbwellington crowd was treated to tales of the paranormal from such uncanny settings as Aro Valley and Akaroa, featuring eerie apparitions on windy Wellington streets, talking felines and even bewitching dolphins.

The linked novellas, cooked up by a group of speculative authors who began collaborating during lockdown, proved hugely popular with the audience and shoppers.
